it is Stable, not beta like Nexus mod manager or Vortex, they are both beta, but not MO2. it is open source and an active team is developing it, unlike Nexus mod manager which was abandoned for years, or Vortex that is new and Beta and needs years to eliminate bugs and problems in the program code.
